Staking (L3)

The anonymous layer. Funds move from encrypted balances into a shared commitment pool (stake tree) and are later withdrawn via nullifiers. Both amounts and the transaction graph are hidden.

Note: the term "staking" is borrowed from the reference implementation and has nothing to do with consensus staking. See nomenclature flaw.
